SPUAA-NA is a nonprofit benefit corporation and organized under the D.C. Nonprofit Corporation Act of 2010 for public and charitable purposes. The general purpose of this organization is to provide educational and networking opportunities to the Shenyang Pharmaceutical University (SPU) alumni residing in the North America, and charitable services to the public within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue code.
